Individual Sessions
Sessions for people with different mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, (Eg. OCD, Social anxiety,) personality issues (such anxious avoidant, dependent), relationship difficulties, low self esteem, cross generational cultural / family issues etc.  Dr. Pillay has vast experience working with people with Psychosis and with Bipolar Affective Disorder.

Psychometric assessments  including Assessment of Autism, using ADI, ADOS and DISCO.

Expert witness report -  Family cases requiring Psychological and / or cognitive assessment , Mental health capacity assessment

Workshops

Workshops in  topics such as  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT for Psychosis, Therapy across cultures, Gita and Psychotherapy.

 

Supervision  

Supervision for other therapists and clinicial psychologists

Fee- £120 - Individual sessions,  £150- Couple sessions
